East Winds is a nature-oriented boutique all-inclusive resort centered around a breath-taking tropical garden by the sea, and set on a sandy, secluded storybook beach on La Brelotte Bay. The highly trained and courteous staff pride themselves upon high-personalization and standards of service that delights their guests.
This Caribbean hideaway features 30 cottage style suites and an Ocean front beach house, tucked away amongst lush plants, trees, and a kaleidoscope of colorful bird life. The lush 12-acre property features 25 different species of birds, with 4 of the 5 indigenous St. Lucian birds taking up residence at East Winds at different times of the year. With 90 beach beds and several gazebos on the beachside of the property, East Winds is the perfect setting for romance.
Saint Lucia is an Eastern Caribbean island nation with a pair of dramatically tapered mountains, the Pitons, on its west coast. Its coast is home to volcanic beaches, reef-diving sites, luxury resorts and fishing villages. Trails in the interior rainforest lead to waterfalls like the 15m-high Toraille, which pours over a cliff into a garden.
Saint Lucia is an unparalleled destination for Caribbean romance. The tranquil waters, majestic Pitons, and clear blue skies perfectly set the stage to profess your love, say your vows, or celebrate years of marriage. Here, the unique confluence of Caribbean, African, English, and French cultures creates an exquisite blend of food, music, and traditions that will inspire and enchant you.
We will meet daily in group from 9:30am - 12pm.
Couples arrive in St. Lucia, are fast-tracked through immigration and transported to East Winds Resort. Welcome reception will include pre-dinner champagne and cocktails followed by a special IntimacyMoons cohort dinner with the instructor.
Couples will be tasked to understand their underlying needs when dealing with conflict and communication. Each couple is given a set of questions that help facilitate conversation about how they believe they handle conflict, and what areas could use growth and attention. Practical tools and guidelines are given to guide couples as to how to communicate their needs more affectively and in a way their partner can hear them.
Our belief is that communication is a lifelong skill that couples always need to work at and fine tune. Elements like building emotional safety, and learning how to effectively get your point across with out shutting down, over shouting or getting defensive really adds to relationship health and satisfaction - tools that everyone will walk away with.
Later that evening couples will enjoy a private cohort sunset cruise.
Sex is more than just intimacy, and intimacy is more that just the act of sex. It is important to understand the values, beliefs and feelings that may get in the way of physical connection, and transcending those messages to truly embrace sexual agency individually and within the relationship.
This retreat will help couples explore and talk about their own sexual templates, and get the chance to dive deep into their own erotic desires, fantasies, longings and beliefs about different aspects of sexuality. We will also cover sexual communication, and have heart to heart discussions on how to treat the most common sexual concerns couples may have.
In the afternoon, couples will participate in a private cooking class with the East Winds Resort Executive Chef.
Perhaps one of the most powerful experiences couples can have during this retreat. Oftentimes people move into the next stage of their relationship but still bring along baggage and wounds from the past, whether from past relationships, family or previous wounds.
This letting go process has couples confront the issues that are still present for them that may be hard to let go, but that are standing in the way of deeper connection and joy. By starting the process of healing, couples can then move forward in freedom, allowing a renewed version of the relationship to emerge that can promote a healthier and more prosperous union.
Couples will dress in all-white and recommit to their partners in a breath-taking sunset ceremony and reception.
Couples will be transported to the airport where they will be fast-tracked through check-in.

A 90% refund (less applicable taxes and fees) will be processed if requested after pre-retreat introductory session with instructor has taken place, but at least 30 calendar days prior to the start of the Retreat.
A 50% refund (less applicable taxes and fees) will be processed if requested within 15-30 calendar days of the Retreat start date.
No refund will be processed 15 calendar days prior to the Retreat start date.

No, your instructor will never tell you what to do in your relationship. In that realm, you are the expert.
IntimacyMoons is a safe space for couples to overcome the challenges on their relationships and to talk the improved psycho-emotional and communication skills from the retreat back home with them. Our role is to provide you will tools and strategic perspective to accelerate growth and healing in your relationship. You make all the decisions from there.
Yes, absolutely. You can request additional time with the instructor if needed. Additional hours will be subject to availability and will be an additional hourly charge.
No, beyond standard greetings (which may include handshakes and hugs) there is absolutely no physical nor sexual touching of any kind between any of the staff of IntimacyMoons nor East Winds Resort with any participants of the retreat. Similarly, no physical nor sexual touching is encouraged nor expected as part of the retreat program among the participants of the retreat outside of those who came to the retreat together.
The weather in St. Lucia is sunny and tropical so please bring comfortable, warm weather clothes. Dress is casual all day in the restaurant and bars and around the resort. But in the evening the atmosphere becomes a little more formal and the restaurant moves to silver service with a smart / casual dress code with long trousers for the gentlemen.
